Social Media, Social Networking, Web 2.0 – people throw these terms around and talk about how these tools can help you with your job search and improve your professional networks, but where do you start? Twitter Basics Video: Using Tweetdeck for Job Search and Networking

There are many resource available that describe how great a tool Twitter is for job search and networking, but there’s still understandable confusion about exactly HOW Twitter can be used. Further, there are so many Twitter applications that it can be frustrating just trying to figure out what interface will serve your particular needs. In this video, I highlight one application, Tweetdeck, and focus in on just a couple of it’s functions to demonstrate how it can be used to make your Twitter job search and networking more efficient.
