“I coulda done this, I coulda done that. But I know I can’t go back ‘Cause now it’s just too late I’m sayin’ shoulda woulda coulda, yeah” – Brian McKnight
I spend a lot of time with vendors, service suppliers and consultants in my job. One consulting firm in particular screwed up a project big time. Cost overruns, unfinished work, stuff that didn’t work at all, you get the picture. Shoulda, woulda, coulda. Who cares? Move on, you can’t change the past.
