But what are you supposed to be looking for when you research the employer? And how do you prepare for an info interview?
It took a little while, but the NACE International Student Virtual Career Fair (NISVCF) is now open for student registration. You need to be a student or alum of a NACE school to register, so contact your career services office to get more information. Although the NISVCF site states that the fair will be open until May 2009, an email I received today indicated the fair will actually run until June 1, 2009. — Whatever you do, DO NOT accept a job offer unless you’re certain it’s a job you really want. Once you’ve accepted the offer, remove your application from other searches. |
